Soy abogado, Coach profesional y MBA experto en consolidar equipos altamente efectivos para la implementación de proyectos exitosos. Con más de 4.000 horas de experiencia en apoyar a equipos y líderes en sus estrategias, he promovido procesos de negociación, alineación estratégica y desarrollo de equipos altamente efectivos.
Mi especialidad es el desarrollo de equipos comerciales mediante el Coaching, lo que me ha permitido crear programas a nivel de equipos para facilitar y gestionar el cambio cultural, evolución de estrategias de innovación y performance de equipos directivos. Además, soy el líder de los programas de evolución cultural desde el diagnóstico hasta la implementación y puesta en marcha de proyectos de gestión de cultura y cambio organizacional.
Soy co-fundador del Congreso Internacional de Líderes y co-creador, junto con Jimena Fajardo, de la metodología de los “Diálogos Circulares®”, una herramienta efectiva para la gestión del cambio organizacional. Próximamente, publicaré un libro sobre esta metodología.
